3. what about clash of rights?
4. whether freedom can be absolute? if not, what are the reasonable restrictions? what are the justifications to support reasonable restrictions?
5. What are the basic elements of "reasonable restrictions"? Is is country specific or universal? whether it derive validity from prevailing political notion and setup; and culture?
6. whether imposing Universal Value System is not against the freedom of expression?
7. how to solve clash of rights? whether particular value system may help to determine? whether Universal Value System may help to determine?
8. How to strike a balance between domestic notion of value and universal notion of value (that may be used to solve issues)?
9. Is there any "basic structure" of rights?
10. How freedom of expression (particularly criticizing sentiments) help the society to grow?
11. what is the co-relation between development, progressiveness and freedom of ideas? whether religious sentiments is hurdle in ways of progress? What is progress anyway? How freedom of expression like criticism of basic fundamental values (for e.g. prohibition of alcohol, prohibition of unnatural sex) help society to grow?
